Hypochondriacs of the world unite!

My father-in-law planted a couple of plants out in the garden last Friday.  He had been saying he was going to do this for days, but I was amazed to see him actually outside doing.  On the Saturday morning he complained that he couldn’t breathe and had pain in his back.  I wasn’t overly worried by his claim about being unable to breathe as he was breathing fine when he announced it!  Seeing me look a little sceptical, he followed up with, “I think I’ve got pneumonia.  Where are the lungs?”

My husband took him to the emergency doctor, who diagnosed muscle strain and recommended paracetamol.
